Neduchal & Magee, P.A. was founded in 1976 in Orlando by two childhood friends, Joe Neduchal and Jim Magee. Both attended nearby St. James Catholic grammar school, Bishop Moore High School and the University of Florida. After receiving their law degrees (Joe in 1972 from UF, Jim in 1973 from South Texas College of Law in Houston), they opened a practice on Magnolia Avenuejust south of the current Orange County Courthousethen several years later moved to a corner office at Livingston and Magnolia. In 1989 they moved to 226 Hillcrest Street, then in 2016 to their current location back on Magnolia.

In its more than four decades of existence, Neduchal & Magee, P.A. has garnered numerous individual and firm-based awards from local and state organizations. Both Joe and Jim have earned the prestigious AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell organization, a peer review-based ratings system that signifies the highest individual rating available to attorneys. In addition, the firm has earned honors from The Florida Bar for its representation of the poor and service to juveniles.
